COVID Initiatives

When able, colleagues are encouraged to Show Humanitate by offering their time to assist with the various needs that directly support our students and COVID Initiatives across campus.

What is a COVID Initiative?

A project that is directly COVID-related, and not something that would normally be created or offered, in which colleagues may offer time to assist with various needs that directly support the initiative. Colleagues contributing to COVID Initiatives should track their hours using the Pandemic Hours time entry or absence code in Workday.

Who is a COVID Contributor?

An individual who uses a partial amount of their working time to contribute to COVID initiatives. You must be identified as a COVID Contributor to have the Pandemic Hours time entry or absence code added to your Workday profile. This does not include those who have temporarily transitioned into full-time COVID Opportunities.
